Who Am I?
Rebecca’s passion for natural medicine stems from her deep-rooted desire to ensure people are armed with the knowledge to age well. Witnessing her father’s struggle with metabolic issues and encountering a long list of complex health conditions in her extended family fuelled her curiosity to explore nutritional medicine’s potential in fostering optimal health. Rebecca is on a mission not only to alleviate the frustrating symptoms of peri-menopause and metabolic syndrome in her patients but also to proactively implement strategies for preventive care.
For Rebecca, the vision of aging involves growing old in good health—free from pain, illness, and dependency on numerous medications. She firmly believes that the keys to a long and healthy life lie in diet, lifestyle, and nutrients. Recognizing the frustration and stress that often accompany diagnoses of metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, or high cholesterol, Rebecca understands the challenge of being advised to “lose weight” and “eat better” without the knowledge or skills for sustainable and impactful changes.
Armed with expertise in supporting both men and women dealing with complex metabolic conditions, Rebecca utilizes her training in Metabolic Balance. Her approach involves not only incorporating supplementation but also implementing sustainable diet and lifestyle changes.
Driven by a genuine desire to help people, Rebecca’s connection and knowledge-sharing are the cornerstones of her role as a nutritionist. She believes that sometimes we don’t realize how good we can truly feel and how much our health can influence our lives. Rebecca is dedicated to making a difference in her patients’ lives, showing them the incredible potential of feeling truly good.
