Naturopathic and nutritional care for children
Paediatric naturopaths for parents seeking answers. For children who deserve more.
You have a diagnosis, but not an explanation. For 19 years ReMed’s practitioners have worked alongside GPs and paediatricians to investigate why children struggle with ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, tics and PANS or PANDAS, with functional testing and plans built around each child.

If this sounds like 11pm at your place
You’ve done everything right. You still don’t have answers.
The appointments happen. The reports get filed. Maybe there’s medication, maybe a waitlist, maybe a folder of printouts. And still nobody has sat down and explained why your child is struggling: why the meltdowns, why the rituals, why the tics arrived out of nowhere, why “we’ll keep an eye on it” never turns into a plan.
You’re not imagining the gap. Symptom management and explanation are different jobs, and most of the system only has time for the first 1.
Parents come to us when they have a diagnosis but not an explanation.
Finding that explanation is the whole job. It shapes how we work, the conditions we focus on and the functional testing we use to look further.

The team behind the method
A team that’s spent 19 years asking why
Keonie Moore founded ReMed in 2007. Her clinical career has been predominantly paediatric, her research on PANS is published in the Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology, and her own family includes lived experience with autism, ADHD and PANS. She has sat on both sides of the consult.
She built the team around 1 conviction: a child’s symptoms make sense once you look in the right places.
ReMed holds the 2017 NHAA Award for Notable Contributions to Naturopathy in Australia and 2 BIMA Awards for Excellence in Practice from 2018. 91 families have reviewed the clinic on Google.

What we help with
The Moore Method
1 method, 3 phases
The process refined over 19 years and 1000s of consults: understand your child’s full story, from pregnancy to last week, investigate where it points, and support with a plan that adjusts as your child responds.
Understand
A 60-minute initial consultation covering your child's full history, not a 10-minute snapshot.
Investigate
Targeted functional testing where clinically indicated, so decisions follow data, not guesswork.
Support
A personalised plan, reviewed and adjusted as your child responds, coordinated with your child's doctors.
Functional testing
Data over guesswork
Standard panels answer standard questions. When a child’s presentation is complex, we use advanced functional pathology, and 19 years of interpreting it in children, to look further.

The questions parents ask us first
A paediatric naturopath is a degree-qualified naturopath whose clinical work centres on babies, children and teenagers. At ReMed, that means practitioners experienced in children's nutrition, gut health, sleep and stress physiology, who use functional testing where clinically indicated and interpret results in a paediatric context. Our care is complementary: we work alongside your child's GP, paediatrician and specialists, never instead of them, and initial consultations run 60 minutes so your child's full history is actually heard.
A naturopath does not replace your child's paediatrician or their ADHD treatment, and we never ask you to choose. What we do is investigate factors that can sit alongside ADHD, such as iron and zinc status, diet, gut health and sleep, using functional testing where clinically indicated. Many families work with us alongside medication, others alongside behavioural supports. Either way, the plan is personalised and coordinated with your child's medical team.
No, never. ReMed's care is designed to work alongside conventional medicine, not instead of it. We ask about your child's medical team in the first consultation, coordinate our recommendations with existing treatment, and refer you back to your GP or paediatrician whenever something needs medical attention. Keeping your child's doctors involved is built into the way we work: 1 coordinated plan beats fragmented advice.
No. Naturopathy consultations are not covered by Medicare in Australia. Some private health funds include naturopathy in their extras cover, so a rebate may apply depending on your policy: it is worth checking with your fund before the first appointment. Our Bundoora clinic has HICAPS, which means eligible private health rebates can be claimed on the spot, and all fees are published upfront on our fees page.
Initial consultations run 60 minutes and start from $242, with the exact fee depending on which practitioner you see. Your practitioner takes your child's full history, from pregnancy and early development through to what last week looked like, reviews any reports or results you bring, and explains what may be worth investigating. If functional testing is clinically indicated, you leave understanding what each test looks for and what it costs before anything is ordered. Telehealth and in-clinic consultations follow the same structure.
Yes. ReMed consults via telehealth Australia-wide and internationally: the same practitioners, the same 60-minute initial consultation and the same method as in the clinic. Test kits are sent to your home, practitioner-only supplements are posted, and follow-up appointments are scheduled around your time zone. Donna in Geelong and Nicole in Sydney are among the families who already work with us this way.
