Who Am I?

Before becoming a naturopath, Keren gained extensive experience in weight loss while working with Jenny Craig. This background provided her with valuable insights into weight management but also highlighted the limitations of one-size-fits-all solutions. Today, Keren combines her weight loss expertise with a holistic approach that focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of health issues.

Specialising in menopausal health, Keren goes beyond the basics of diet and exercise to tackle the intricate interplay of hormones, gut microbiome, and stress response. Many of her clients find that despite their best efforts, persistent weight issues—particularly around the middle—are often due to hormonal imbalances and other underlying factors.
