Who Am I?
Jackie has always been fascinated by natural medicine, and was inspired by her own mother’s use of herbs and plants to heal everyday ailments. After seeing her own father suffer from a brain haemorrhage, and the ongoing effects of poly pharmacy, Jackie turned this fascination into a career. Jackie has learnt a lot about our medical system through her father’s illness, and has learnt the importance of listening to her patients, and working collaboratively to return their health to a place of wellness.
Jackie has had a busy career in marketing and product management for the last 20 years, whilst also juggling study for her naturopathy degree and caring for her father. It is safe to say that Jackie truely understands the demands of the corporate world, and what it is to live a busy life. This has given her so much understanding and empathy for people who are experiencing anxiety and burnout. This fuelled her passion for working with people with these same struggles, and specifically helping women to transition through peri-menopause as she understands that this can be such a busy stage of life. She sees women juggling not only their own hormonal changes, but careers, kids school pick ups and ageing parents. She wants to not only help women feel themselves again, but give them tools to reclaim their sense of self.
