Jessica is experienced in helping women with hormonal imbalances at any age, and the implications this can have on energy levels, mood, skin, weight and self-esteem.

Coming from a big family of girls, Jess knows that hormonal imbalances can be complex, unique and have the potential to disrupt several areas of a woman’s health, her relationships and her sanity.

All too often women are putting up with horrific periods thinking they are normal. Jess is passionate about lifting the stigma around talking about periods and wants to educate women to read the signs their periods could be giving them about their overall health.

She is especially passionate about helping women who have had adverse reactions to hormonal birth control, including the oral contraceptive pill, IUD, implanon etc, and wants more women to know just how effective natural medicine can be in resolving the underlying cause of hormonal imbalance.

Jessica is also part of ReMed’s Fertility team supporting couples through natural conception and conventional fertility treatment such as IVF. Evidence shows that natural medicine is an effective adjunct to IVF as it optimises a couple’s overall health, and in turn their fertility.

With a background in counselling, Jess greatly values each client’s unique life experience and her caring nature ensures that her main goals are to assist women in reaching their health goals.
