Who Am I?
Mia became a naturopath out of a deep passion for natural medicine, one that developed long before it became a necessity for her own family, particularly her children. When the need for natural healing arose in their lives, she was already drawn to the holistic principles of naturopathy, which prioritise addressing the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. This passion, combined with the transformative impact she witnessed from natural therapies, inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve better health through preventive and integrative care.
With a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, Mia combines her clinical expertise with her personal experiences as a mother. Her journey has given her extensive practical knowledge in supporting children’s health, particularly in areas like nervous system regulation and the gut-brain connection.
Mia is deeply committed to supporting children’s health, with a particular focus on conditions such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and PANS/PANDAS. She emphasises addressing the root causes of these challenges, often concentrating on the critical interplay between gut health and brain function. Her approach involves natural, holistic solutions to support nervous system development, reduce inflammation, and optimise overall well-being. Mia finds immense fulfilment in helping children and their families thrive through whole-body, integrative care, and this passion continues to drive her commitment to learning and providing compassionate, effective support.
