Who Am I?
A mum of three, who is passionate about helping neurodiverse kids feel their best through simple, practical nutrition. Rachel takes a compassionate, tailored approach to nutrition, listening closely to both children and parents to create solutions that truly work.
It can be challenging to support kids’ health, particularly when they have unique needs, so focusing on easy-to-implement strategies that support diet, sleep and exercise are key. Rachel loves putting the pieces of your child’s health puzzle together, digging deep to really understand their individual challenges and needs. Whether you are looking to reduce anger, irritability or anxiety, or improve focus or mood, Rachel works closely with families to build a plan that feels achievable and effective.
As a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science and a special interest in genetics and functional testing, Rachel brings a science-based approach to understanding how food and nutrition can support your child’s health. This approach allows Rachel to look at the bigger picture and work with families to find simple, effective ways to improve your child’s health and help them feel their best and reach their full potential.
